Complaints
The Rollo Academy takes pride in the quality of teaching and pastoral care it provides to all students.
If parents have a concern or complaint, they can expect it to be handled with care, consideration, and professionalism. We are committed to treating all concerns seriously, fairly, and in confidence.
The school exists to support your child, and parents can be assured that no student will be treated unfairly or disadvantaged as a result of raising a concern or making a complaint in good faith.
All complaints will be approached with sensitivity and respect, with the aim of resolving matters as promptly and effectively as possible. We believe it is in everyone’s best interests to achieve a swift and constructive resolution.
