b) Identify, assess, and control health and safety risks, ensuring that all staff are familiar with relevant risk assessments.
c) Encourage open communication and welcome feedback or suggestions from employees, students, and parents regarding health and safety matters.
d) Provide appropriate information, instruction, and supervision to staff and students, and ensure all are made aware of this policy.
e) Ensure all employees are competent to carry out their roles, hold the necessary qualifications where required, and receive appropriate training and support.
f) Record all accidents, injuries, and incidents in the Accident Book and review occurrences to implement improvements and reduce the risk of recurrence.
