Exam Fees are determined by the Exam board and the Festival Organisers.

ALL group classes regardless of attendance or circumstance must be paid for. Payments are only required WEEKLY and no upfront, block term fee is required. Other class options will be offered when paid lessons are not attended. Class payments are NOT required during school holidays if the school remains open however we do ask for advanced notice if not attending to avoid being charged. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of private lessons. Payments can be made in cash directly to the school office or via BACS at request.

LONG-TERM INJURY AND ILLNESS

If a student is unable to attend due to an injury or illness for an excess of three weeks we will reduce the weekly payments by 50% until the child is able to participate again. A doctor/hospital note is required. This must state what rest is needed prior to returning and may include any useful advice on potential rehabilitation which we can assist with.

GCSE AND A-LEVEL ABSENCE

We appreciate the importance of taking time off for revision and school/college exams. We cannot however operate with just one or two people attending classes. We ask for 50% of weekly fees to be paid each week. Students can attend any classes of their choice suitable to their age and ability within the amount of the payment they have made. Additional classes are as per regular fees
