Curriculum

Our main objective as a school is to provide a comprehensive experience of dance and singing which incorporates examinations, competitions and shows into its curriculum. Classes are managed in some cases by more than one teacher to allow all students to receive the attention they require. Private lessons are also offered to any student wishing to improve on their skills or to learn additional material for exams and festivals.

Classes include ISTD Modern, Tap and Ballet & RAD Ballet vocational grades only.
Non-syllabus classes are in Acrobatics, Jazz and Commercial and also Contemporary and Conditioning for our senior students. 

Private lessons are available to all students

Modern/Jazz and Acro
Black Leotard, black lycra/cotton footless tights or fitted shorts, Jazz shoes/foot thongs
Boys- White unitard, black fitted cycling shorts

Tap
Black leotard, black fitted shorts or jazz trousers, black socks, black tap shoes
Boys- White unitard/T-shirt, black shorts, black socks

Ballet
Black Leotard, skin tone tights or socks, canvas ballet shoes, black skirt (Pre-Primary/Primary only)
Pointe shoes- as advised (from Grade 6/Inter Foundation)
Boys- White unitard, black tights, white socks, black canvas ballet shoes

Commercial
Any suitable comfortable clothing (no dresses or jeans) and CLEAN trainers or plimsolls (no boots, shoes or sandals)

Rollo T-shirts, tank tops, long sleeve tops, hoodies and trousers can be worn over the uniform for warm up purposes however onesies cannot be worn in class.

Hair should be worn in a bun for ballet and modern and hair must be worn up for other lessons particularly acro.

NO Jewellery is to be worn in class
